How do I join the Kavee Klub and is it free?

How do I collect Kavee Koins?

Glad you asked! You’ll collect Kavee Koins for every order you place with us. Exclusive rewards and a new pet palace or adorable accessories in one go? A win-win situation, for sure.

Can I refer a friend?

No, your friends can spend their $20 coupon at any time, with no expiry date to worry about. Same goes for your own referral coupon!

Can I refer multiple people?

Where can I see my Koin balance?

We’re collecting your treasure right in your VIPP account. You can find out how much you’ve got in your piggy bank by logging into your account and clicking on the button at the bottom left corner.

Will the Koins expire?

Yes, the expiry date of your koins will be visible on your account. So make sure you grab those pawsome rewards before it’s too late!

How can I spend my Kavee Koins?

For every 500 Koins, you’ll get $1 off your next order. If you keep collecting Koins with every order, you’ll soon add adorable accessories to your pet palace for free!

Can I add Koins from previous orders?

As long as you sign up to the Kavee Klub with the same email used to place orders, all the Koins from those purchases will magically appear on your account. Get ready to treat your floofs!

If I return a product where I used my Koins, will my Koins also be refunded?

Yes, any Koins used towards an order that was returned will be refunded automatically.
