The ramp is not steep to avoid back injuries while the half-height position ensures that no piggies can accidentally fall off the ramp or escape the cage through it. This kit also includes a lid for extra protection.

Plus, it makes this cage a dream to clean (we swear!). Keep the coroplast base as good as new with just a spritz of white vinegar or a pet-safe detergent. Just make sure that the coroplast is dry before you bring everything and every piggy back inside the cage.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
The loft and ramp is made from correx and comes pre-cut and can easily be assembled by folding the corners and inserting the hooks in the slots. No tool or tape is required.
Just make sure to fit it at half height of the cage grid and in a 1x2 grids space. It is adapted for cages as small as 3x2 grids.
CARING INSTRUCTIONS
Kavee C&C cages can be cleaned simply and quickly with the following steps:
1. Remove your pets from the cage then scoop up any poops with a handy Swept Off Your Paws Dustpan & Brush and remove any other waste.
2. Remove the dirty bedding and clean the coroplast sheet with a damp sponge and piggy-safe cage cleaner.
3. Dry your coroplast with a cloth.
4. Set up your cage again!

This C&C guinea pig cage set contains 2 grids, 2 door-grids (with integrated hinge), 4 connectors, 1 nibble guard at 13.6'', 5 cable ties, and 1 smart correx loft (ramp + mezzanine) featuring locking slots.

Mezzanine when flat is 33,1 x 18,9 inches (84 x 48 cm) and when folded is 27,7 x 13,0 x 3,0 inches (69 x 33 x 7.5 cm).
Ramp when folded is 22,4 x 6,7 x 3,0 inches (57 x 17 x 7.5 cm).
Grids are 13,8 x 13,8 inches (35 x 35 cm).
WARNINGS
While this cage is suitable even for baby pigs older than 8 weeks, make sure to test that it’s safe for the size of your pet as every piggy is different.
The powder coating should not wear off with normal use (emptying the cage, changing the liner, your furry friends running into it). If your pet is very determined, they may chew off small parts of the coating, however, this is totally safe as it’s non-toxic.
Most animals will not chew the coroplast sheet. If this happens, you must immediately prevent this behavior by covering the edge of the coroplast sheet, using a cloth, cardboard, or a nibble guard. Some animals sometimes need a little time to adapt to their new habitat and lose this bad habit after a while.
We advise the use of a lid if you have young children, cats, or dogs. However, we do not guarantee the integrity of the lid in case of an attack by another animal. Never leave a dangerous animal unattended near your cage.
