How to enter
Two ways. Either place an order on kavee.com between 12:00am and 11:59pm Eastern time on Wednesday 30 September 2026, or send us a message through the contact form at kavee.com/pages/contact-us with "Refund Day" and your full name in the message, before 11:59pm Eastern time on 30 September 2026. One entry per person, however you enter and however many orders you place. Entries made by script, macro or any automated means are void.
The prize
One winner, picked at random from all entries. If the winner entered by placing an order, we refund everything paid for that order, shipping included, to the original payment method, and the products are theirs to keep. If the winner entered through the contact form, they receive a $5 kavee.com gift card.

We'll draw the winner on Thursday 1 October and email them from help@kavee.com by Friday 2 October.
The small print
Open to US residents aged 18 or over. Subscription renewals, wholesale orders and orders cancelled before the draw don't count as entries. A winning order can't be returned for a second refund.
