The spacious 6x2 layout provides significantly more room than most traditional pet shop cages, giving guinea pigs room to exercise, relax and enjoy time apart when they choose. The elevated loft adds extra enrichment and exploration without increasing the habitat's footprint.
Safety comes first. The loft features a fully enclosed Coroplast™ floor with no wire gaps, helping to prevent bumblefoot and falls. Our grid design uses smaller holes and finer meshing than industry-standard C&C grids, helping to prevent guinea pigs over 8 weeks old from getting stuck or escaping.
The Coroplast™ base is durable, practical and easy to clean. Simply wipe it down with a pet-safe cleaner to keep it looking fresh. It is also perfectly sized to fit Kavee Fleece Liners for a simple bedding solution.
Fully modular and customisable, your habitat can be expanded, reshaped or connected to additional habitats whenever you choose. Add panels, change the layout or grow your setup over time without starting from scratch.

The grids are finished with a non-toxic powder coating designed to withstand everyday use. Some guinea pigs may occasionally nibble the coating, but it is safe if they do.
Most guinea pigs won’t chew the Coroplast base. If yours does, cover the exposed edge with a nibble guard, cardboard or fabric while they settle into their new setup.
We recommend using a lid if you have young children, cats or dogs in the home. Never leave other animals unattended near your guinea pigs’ setup.

My girls LOVE their new cage, especially the loft! The cage was easy to snap together and it’s very sturdy. I got the raised 6x2 in lilac coroplast with lilac bars + clear panels, wanting something girly and spacious for my pigs. This cage is so incredibly beautiful and super easy on the eyes. It is the prettiest place for my pretty girls. There’s also plenty of space underneath for storage and the cage is the perfect height for easy cleaning!
Prepurchase: We adopted a second boy to house with our first male and wanted a new neutral space to help with the bonding process. After extensive research I felt like this cage was the best for our needs. I really liked the cage options available and the stand and lid options are fantastic. I had some questions before purchasing they were answered promptly and the rep was very helpful in helping me decide which cage to purchase. Shipping: The shipment arrived much faster than I anticipated about 5 days after placing the order. We are in the US so I expected it to take about twice that. Assembly: the YouTube video was great and putting it together was quite easy once I understood the basic concept. There was a little rework since I didn't pay close enough attention to the direction of the grids at first. I would say getting the grids to lock fully into the connectors was a bit tough and took some leverage against the floor to get some pieces to fully connect. But once together cage felt very sturdy. I did add zip ties to all the connection points to reinforce them based of some reviews I saw but I am not sure they were necessary. However with kids and large dogs I figured it was better safe that sorry. Customer support: I had a few grids that arrived with some damage where the coating was scraped off, one bent grid, and one with some broken joints. I provided a few pictures to their CS team and they promptly mailed me the replacement parts free of charge. The claim process and receiving of the parts was very quick and painless. (I was a bit worried about that based on some reviews is saw when researching the company, but my experience was top notch). Then as I was swapping out the broken pieces with the new ones I accidentally broke one of the clear front pieces and some other grids when I put too much force on one section trying to pop the pieces apart. I contacted their support team again so I could purchase individual replacement pieces and they quickly helped me create a customer order. Post purchase: now a few weeks after the purchase I can still say I am delighted with the cage. My piggie boys love the space to zoom around and I feel much safer with the raised option and lid around my large puppies who are very curious about their piggie brothers. Cleaning the cage has proven to be very easy as the base can be pulled out and scrubbed clean. We use fleece bedding and that seems to work perfectly with this cage setup. I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase and all the support received.
I love the cage versatile you can put it in a L shape you can put it on top of each other for the guinea pig moms and dads out there I would definitely recommend this to you because like I said very versatile very convenient and really easy to put together so thank you kavee

I highly recommend Kavee cages. I went with the 6x2 C&C cage, which is massive! It’s beautiful and my piggies have never been happier. I’ve noticed a significant increase in their activity and playfulness since the upgrade to this cage. My only constructive criticisms, which honestly do not take away from how happy I am with the product is that: * It’s slightly bigger than 6x2 (not a con, but definitely check the product dimensions and make sure you have a large space for it. * The clear front is BEAUTIFUL! But, that part was really hard to assemble, the clear pieces do not really fit into the connector pieces, I had to really force them in.

I saw alot of these cages on tiktok and wanted to give my piggys a bigger room to roam. So after thinking it over I bought the cage. After assembly, maybe an hour. It was so easy. And the piggys went CRAZY! Popcorning and zooming they were so happy to stretch the frog legs they have. I am so happy I went with the clear instead of the bars. Makes laying in bed and watching them more enjoyable. I would highly recommend that if you have the room and money. Go all out and get the bigger and see thru cage! Thank you for a great product! Amazing and sturdy cage, the 2 x 4 transparent C&C cage with the stand is amazing for my two guinea pigs that love having zoomies and popcorning all around. I love my fur babies and I would definitely recommend. It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to set up. The stand underneath allows for easy storage of your guinea pigs food, brushes, extra fleece liners and other supplies needed for your guinea pigs along with storage for your own personal items if you’d like. the plastic liner for the cage also allows for easy cleanup a lot better than my full cheeks cage that tore apart after a few months. I also would recommend this cage because it doesn’t have a ramp which overtime can be strenuous on your guinea pigs back so having a cage with only one layer I feel is important..!!!!
Absolutely in love with my new KAVEE cage. My piggies love the new space! I will say I was a little thrown off that there was no instruction manual to set it up BUT after scanning the QR code for a YouTube video I did find it easier than using a paper manual. It was just different is all, easier to just follow along. But we love it 🥰

The cage is super nice would recommend, very spacious for my one piggy. The one thing I’m concerned about is the top is easily pushed on by weight and I was worried about my 13 pound cat jumping on top. I zipped tied the lid so it wouldn’t cave in and that seemed to help with stability. I believe this is the best c&c cage out there.

Cage is a great size and it’s really pretty, but it was incredibly difficult to put together. The video instructions weren’t zoomed in enough to really see what was being done, and I could have really benefitted from having printed instructions with diagrams.
I do love the cage. However I wish there would be a choice of deeper coroplast! On one side I use kiln dried aspen! I did get 6 inch coroplast for 1 side from a different company so the shavings don’t come out and I can put in deeper amount! Otherwise I love the cage!
My Guinea pigs have a lot more space to run and play!!!! Cage is great! I just wish the connectors stayed on better as a few have come off here and there. I do have a 9 year old who isn’t the most delicate flower! I am not a fan of the loft lids. They fall down way too easily so I removed them. I want to purchase another cage to add on with this one but honestly not sure if I am going to spend this kind of money. It is pricey even on sale. I am happy I know what to buy off amazon now . Def not worth 400.00. I do love the chloroplast bottom as a base though! AMAZING! I will try flannel liner (I have other brands but love shopping around) but I don’t think I will purchase another cage.
This was my first purchase from Kavee and I’m so happy I invested in a good cage for my guinea pig Milo! I’m a very new Guinea pig owner and I’m soon taking prince Milo speed dating for a friend! I hate the plexiglass panels. Most of them have broken. For the money for a 5x2, I really wish I would have done more research and put it together myself. I'm only reviewing this now, because my pigs just busted through the plexiglass panels. I reviewed earlier, because the 2 14x14 top grids fell on them. I was told I assembled incorrectly. That they should "click" together. Top grids slide into place, they do not "click". If anyone from the company would like to see this, they can contact me. But, its a garbage product, that I wish I would have bought all components separately from Ebay, Amazon, or Etsy. Poor pigs.

Our 2 guinea pigs love the cage! We had a 4x2 enclosure, but we wanted more room as our baby guinea pigs got bigger. We bought another 4x2 enclosure and custom-built it into a 5x3 enclosure with 2 lofts to fit our space. The extra space has made a huge difference, and they love all the room to run!
I was really looking forward to having the four plexiglass panels for better viewing and for the piggies to see out better as well.. within a week of setting this up- all four of the plexiglass panels are cracked on the bottoms, even though I have a stepstool there for my kids to utilize... they are not secured well and I'm so upset they are all broke so quickly! Especially because I paid more to have that option instead of all bars. It'd be so nice if you guys could send me just 4 plain white grates instead. I currently have the plexiglass hold on my tape, but they still don't stay well 🥴

I love this guinea pig cage! It's spacious and easy to assemble/disassemble. There is room for all of my guinea pig's favorite hideouts, and personally I'm a big fan of the purple look.

It’s easier to clean up and more space for my babies
I modified it a bit but love it. Good structure and sturdy. I will say, when they say to use zip ties, do not skip that step!! I was so excited I forgot them and my base fell apart. No issues after zip ties. My 3 babies love it and will be able to expand once they grow. If you’re debating on it, just do it. So worth it. Fast shipping and didn’t come damaged
I like the cage but it didn’t come with more than one tiny Chew guard and they chew it so I had to buy more. For the cost of the cage it should come with that. One panel came broken but it seemed to be extra so it was fine. The liner wripped after a week so I’m not buying liners from this company again except for the loft since I have to for size . It was very expensive but it does look cute.
